[TV] Legion Getting TV Series Adaptation

2010 film headed to SyFy...

The 2010 film Legion is headed to television. Deadline reports that SyFy is developing a series based on the film, which starred Paul Bettany, Lucas Black, Kevin Durand, Tyrese Gibson, Adrianne Palicki, Dennis Quaid and Kate Walsh. The series will be produced by Sony Pictures TV with Vaun Wilmott (Sons of Anarchy) writing it.

The film was about Michael (Bettany), an archangel who falls to Earth to warn mankind of its impending destruction by angels. Bettany and Palicki were signed on to star in sequels, but it's unclear if they will appear in the series.
